The general conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of Doudou-Éditions and its customers in connection with the sale of the following goods:
Sale of self-published books in product version (printed book, hardcover) or downloadable product version.
Any service performed by Doudou-Éditions implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Sale of decorative or creative products.
Article 2 Product presentation
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the “Products” section of our site. The photographs are not contractual. The responsibility of the company Doudou-Éditions cannot be engaged if errors occur.
All texts and images presented on the Doudou-Éditions company site are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited. (make a written request to use them, thank you)
Article 3 Period of validity of sales offers
The products are offered for sale for an unlimited period.
The printed and bound books come from a personal stock at Doudoudition and are produced on demand if the stock is insufficient, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will thus obtain an availability date.
Decorative and creative objects are unique and original and can be personalized on request, no exchange is possible.
Returns are framed and refused except for personal request which you must send to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Article 4 Product prices
The "Products" section of our site indicates the prices in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. The amount of VAT is not specified because it is not applicable.
Doudou-Éditions reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is registered.
The proposed prices include the discounts and rebates that the Doudou-Éditions company would be required to grant in view of its results or the assumption by the buyer of certain services.
Article 5 Order
The customer validates his order when he activates the link "Confirm your order" at the bottom of the "Summary of your order" page after having accepted these conditions of sale. Before this validation, the customer is systematically offered to check each of the elements of his order; he can thus correct any errors.
The Doudou-Éditions company confirms the order by email; this information includes all the elements of the order and the customer's right of withdrawal.
The data recorded by the company Doudou-Éditions constitute proof of the nature, content and date of the order. This is archived by the company Doudou-Éditions under the legal conditions and deadlines; the customer can access this archiving by contacting the Customer Relations department.
Article 6 Methods of payment
Payment for orders is made by check or paypal: balance of your paypal account or multiple bank card.
Article 7 Withdrawal period
The Buyer has a period of fourteen clear days, from receipt of the products, to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of costs. back. If the fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
Custom orders are excluded.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company will reimburse the Buyer for all sums paid as soon as possible and at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which this right was exercised.
Article 8 Delivery
All downloadable products are protected and secure and remain the entire property of the author-publisher: Doudou-Éditions, Pluquin Stéphanie, any reproduction or copying is prohibited. The purchased download product is provided to you by e-mail or by direct link after validation of your payment by Paypal. The downloadable product is valid for 24 hours upon receipt of the email containing the download link.
All products are delivered either by Colissimo, a service provided by post.
The customer chooses his delivery method when confirming his order.
Article 9 Customer relations - After-sales service
